OVER $4.1 BILLION DOLLARS IN REAL ESTATE SOLD

BAY STREET AREA

Conservatory Tower
736 Bay Street
Developed by the Conservatory Group in the heart of the 1990's real estate meltdown, it took nerves of steel to build this tower on speculation (with little of it presold). Rising 31 floors with 372 units, the building's suites range from 460sqft one bedrooms to 1266 two bedrooms, most with balconies. Pricing starts at $300 per sqft and rise from there. Condo fees are approximately 47¢ per sqft inclusive. Facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, fitness area, meeting and party rooms, and 24-hour concierge. The Conservatory Tower is an example of what ails our fair city's skyline. No one should have allowed it to be built as it was instantly dated and is awful to look at.
