The Penrose was developed by H&R Developments in 1999. Located on the west side of Bay Street just north of Gerrard Street, it rises 31 floors and houses 220 units. Suites range from 500sqft one bedrooms to 1179sqft two bedrooms. Most suites have balconies. Prices are typically $325 per sqft but can go higher for premium views and layouts. Condo fees are approximately 48¢ per sqft all inclusive. Facilities include a party room, gym, indoor pool, track, and meeting room. 750 Bay is well located , but it is not particularly interesting.
