Up until recently, it was the flagship of Tridel’s downtown work. Carlton on the Park represents luxury and quality at discount prices. Located at the corner of Jarvis and Carlton Streets, overlooking Allan Gardens, this complex suffers unnecessarily because of its location. Suites range from 1200sqft two bedrooms to 2600sqft three bedrooms. Prices range from $275-$300 per square foot. All suites have balconies or terraces, and the south facing suites have excellent park and city views. Facilities include 24-hour concierge/security, indoor pool, squash court, racquetball court, fitness facility, meeting rooms, party room and computer room. The complex houses 120 units and it was completed in the mid-1980’s.
