Developed by Edilcan in 2000, the Signature on Bloor rises 23 stories and houses 197 suites. Ceiling heights are at 8’6”, and suites range from 620sqft to 1540sqft. Prices start at approximately $350 per square foot up to approximately $425 per square foot. Clad in precast concrete and granite, the developer did not skimp on exterior finishes. Facilities include a party room, boardroom, and fitness room. The Signature on Bloor is located just east of Yonge Street on the south side of Bloor. Its close access to Yorkville and a big development trend moving east of Yonge will eventually move this building pretty close to centre ice. It is however, a typically forgettable architectural statement located on a prime street.
