DOWNTOWN AREA

The Bellagio
300 Bloor Street East
Developed by Pinnacle International in 2003, the Bellagio surveys Rosedale and its ravine, as well as the downtown from its perch at the Northwest corner of Bloor Street East and Mount Pleasant. Housing 284 suites over two 32-storey towers, this is a big development. Originally designed by world wide acclaimed architect Ricardo Bofill in 1988, Pinnacle borrowed many elements but missed the best. As a result what was an architectural masterpiece has become an average high rise condo development. Suites range from 561sqft one bedrooms to 1270sqft two bedrooms (many combo suites and penthouses are larger). Prices start at $325 per square foot. Facilities include a 24-hour concierge, party room, board room, library and lounge, fitness area, lap pool and two guest suites.
