The Matrix represents the first two towers of the massive CityPlace development. Completed by Concord Adex Developments in 2001, and rising 32-storeys and 28-storeys respectively, each building houses 348 and 294 suites. Typical units range in size from 482sqft to 1043sqft. Prices start at $325 per square foot and rise to over $400 per square foot. All suites have balconies. Facilities include an indoor pool, fitness area, courtyard with water feature, movie theatre, guest suite, party room and 24-hour concierge. The Matrix was designed by Page & Steele and while its architecture is fine, it could have been so much better.
