Most are two level mezzanine style varying from 596sqft one bedrooms to a 923sqft one bedroom plus den. Single level units usually are either below grade or on the first floor and they vary from 324sqft studios to 859sqft one bedroom plus den. Some lofts have balconies. Expect $350 per square foot to buy in Earl Lofts. This is a very difficult building to find as it is located behind the townhomes on the south side of Earl Street (just east of Jarvis). It is easiest to access Earl Lofts from Wellesley Lane (off Wellesley Street East).
