St. Lawrence Lofts 81A Front Street East

Converted from a series of 130 year old warehouses on Toronto’s original waterfront, (that’s right, the lake used to be out the back door), St. Lawrence Lofts is a wonderful re-use development located literally in the heart of the St. Lawrence Market. Completed in 2002 by the Georgian Group, this historic collection of buildings will now be forever preserved. Housing 54 real lofts over 4 levels, the development features lofts as small as 480sqft and as large as 1300sqft. Original brick and timber give the suites tremendous character. Pricing starts at $400 per square foot and can rise to $500 per square foot. Due to the historic nature of the project, excavation was a nonstarter so there is no parking at all for the residents. Ceiling heights range from 10’ to 16’. The top floor features two-level mezzanine style lofts. There are no facilities and condo fees are 41¢ per sqft including utilities. Rarely do lofts come up for sale at the St. Lawrence Lofts.
