Developed in 1996 by Antonio/Gottdenker this 27 unit authentic loft building features some of the most affordable lofts the city has to offer. Located very close to St. Clair Street West and Dufferin Street; suites range from 500 to 1000 square feet. Prices are extremely cheap – lofts can be purchased for under $300 per square foot. Ceilings are a lofty 11 feet high, and all exterior walls have lovely original exposed brick. Other lofty features include exposed wood columns and beams, hardwood floors and very open concept studio layouts. While central air conditioning was not provided, all units do have one exterior parking spot. Some select suites have balconies or terraces. Prescott has the raw loft goods to impress, however it is a fair distance to the city core.
