Completed in late 1999 Tecumseth Lofts is comprised of just 28 lofts. Located at the NW corner of King Street W and Tecumseth Street (West of Bathurst Street), the building is actually a partial renovation of existing 1 ½ storey commercial building. Suites range from a 710 sq ft one bedroom loft, 1000 sq ft 2-storey two bedroom loft with terrace to an 1150 sq ft one bedroom and den loft. Prices start at approximately $350 per square foot. Ceiling heights range from 9 ft to a soaring 28 ft but generally average 11 feet. Standard finishes include real maple shaker cabinets and large open concept kitchens. Some lofts have gas kitchens and all the terraces are equipped with gas outlets for barbecuing. Many of the two story lofts offer living/dining areas upstairs adjacent to the outdoor terraces. Skylights, gas fireplaces, granite counters, hardwood floors and jacuzzi baths are just some of the other features in many of the lofts.
