The Creed Building
295 Davenport Road
|
Formerly the Creed Family’s fur storage facility, The Creed Building sits at the intersection of Bedford Rd. and Davenport Rd., literally straddling the Bloor Annex and Yorkville. Developed in 1998 by TTH Developments (Brian Timmons, Nari Thandani and Michael Hatch), the building was formerly the Creed’s fur storage facility. The Creed Building houses 19 loft style units ranging in size from 974sqft to 2140sqft. Typically multistory, ceiling heights run from 8ft to 13ft. Some of the features of this three storey Art Deco loft building are; terraces, patios, skylights, atrium, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces and open concept kitchens. Considered a higher end luxury loft, prices start at $400 per square foot and rise to over $480 per square foot. The Creed Building is a terrific addition to the condominium housing stock in Toronto. It’s nice to see that some of our historic Art Deco structures are being preserved.
