The Kings is a 8-storey loft development located on popular King Street, west of Bathurst. Suites are open concept, two storey mezzanine lofts with balconies. Ceilings measure a lofty 16 1/2 feet. Condo fees are approximately 49¢ per sqft including utilities. Amenities include an exercise room, sauna, party room and 24-hour concierge with video surveillance to underground parking. While the name may sound majestic, the architecture is not. The developer (Triloft) really missed an opportunity to develop something great. Prices range from about $350 per square foot to $400 per square foot At the lofts' northern end are stacked townhomes, part of The Kings complex. The townhomes range from 609sqft to 1320sqft. All the townhomes include a patio or terrace.
