The entryway to this converted warehouse is grand indeed, as you step into a spectacular 90-foot atrium with sheltering trees, fountains, hanging tapestries and art. While the building seems a little dated, it is very good value. 53 Suites are housed in 8-storeys here, ranging in size from 500-1500 sqft. Pricing typically starts at $300 per sqft. Views include Lake Ontario, the downtown core and the enclosed courtyard. Many suites have fireplaces, and many include a balcony. A few 2-storey loft suites have terraces. There is no concierge, however the building is considered well-secured due to the electronic security system. The Galleria offers a lounge, sauna, exercise facility and party rooms.
