11 Woodlawn is a unique loft-style building with six suites. Created by the Mathews Group in 1990, and converted from a church. It is slightly recessed amid tall trees. Located in a chic part of the city, many trendy shopping and dining options are close by. Not quite downtown, not quite uptown, this location offers a perfect balance of serenity and centrality, for it’s a short drive (or healthy walk) to the city’s business core. Prices range from approximately $450 per square foot to over $475 per square foot.
