30 Holly Street

This used to be one of few condominium buildings at Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue. Not any longer. 30 Holly Street is an 18-storey building with 96 two bedroom suites at just six suites per floor. Developed in 1988 by Menkes, it has recently been joined by a dozen new condo projects. Only two different layouts exist: an 1150sqft two bedrooms and a 1300sqft two bedrooms with balcony. Suites are relatively cheap, starting from the low $300’s per square foot. Facilities include full-time concierge/security and a fitness area and party room.
