Suites start at 600sqft and run to 3000+sqft. Prices start at approximately $350 per square foot but can rise to approximately $475 per square foot. South side suites sell for a big premium as they overlook the city beyond. Facilities include fabulous indoor pool, 24-hour concierge/security, fitness facilities, party room, and grounds. The building actually sits next to a cemetery so it’s not popular with the superstitious.
