La Piazza 39 Roehampton Avenue

Developed by partners Jourdan and Herzig in 1990, La Piazza is one of the few uptown lofts. Way ahead of their time, the developers were one of the first to build a new loft style property from the ground up. Just 27 lofts are housed in this property located just north of Yonge and Eglinton. Architecture by Gabor & Popper, the structure is decidedly modern; comprised of concrete, glass and steel. Prices at La Piazza start at $325 per square foot and rise to approximately $350 per square foot. La Piazza has served as inspiration to many of Toronto’s new breed of condominium developer.
