Its location is one of the best in the area overlooking a phenomenally green city ravine. Just 106 suites and 18 townhouses are housed in this 16-storey complex. Prices start at $425 per square foot but could easily rise to $550 per square foot for a prime suite. Facilities include a 24-hour concierge, party room, and fitness area. One Avoca is a reasonably attractive extremely popular condo choice at Yonge and St. Clair.
