The Ports 1177 Yonge Street

The Ports is located at Summerhill Avenue and Yonge Street just south of St. Clair. It was developed in 1990 by Mirlyn Developments. The TTC subway stop is literally at the building. The Ports is only 7 stories high and houses just 107 suites. Prices are relatively cheap at The Ports, ranging from $325 per square foot to $350 per square foot. Some suites have terraces. A premium is paid for east facing units over the private park. Facilities include an outdoor tennis court, park, 24-hour concierge/security, party room, and fitness facility.
