Harbour Terrace was developed by VKS Ltd. in 1991. The unique thing about Harbour Terrace is that all suites are positioned at a 45 degree angle to the lakefront, providing each suite with dramatic views of the water. The building is 8 storeys high, housing approximately 70 suites ranging from 1300sqft one bedrooms to 2400+sqft penthouses.
