Harbourpoint I/II/III 250 / 260 / 270 Queens Quay West

Harbourpoint is comprised of three towers on the north side of Queens Quay at the foot of Rees Street (just south of the Skydome). Completed in 1986 by the Huang and Dansky, suites range from 770sqft one bedroom to 814sqft two bedrooms and 821 or 881sqft south corner one bedrooms. Every suite has a good lake view, and some suites also have a spectacular city view. The west two towers are 31 storeys (225 suites), while the east tower is 20 storeys (135 suites). Prices range from $325-$400 per square foot. Facilities include security guards, a fitness room, sauna, outdoor tennis courts, as well as manned security. Harbourpoint is a very popular low cost alternative on the harbourfront.
