Completed in 2002 by the developer Landmark, the project features one, two, and three level homes. All units have either a balcony, patio, or roof-deck. Townes range from a 550sqft one bedrooms to a 3000sqft+ three bedrooms. Prices range from $350per square foot but can rise to over $400per square foot for a prime lakefront townhouse. The homes have been constructed with concrete and thus offer excellent sound insulation. If you like low-rise living at the lake, South Beach Marina offers very good value.
