The Riviera is comprised of two towers rising 24 stories respectively. Located just west of York Street on the North side of Queens Quay, The Riviera was developed by Landmark Developments and Kolter Property Company in 2004. The two towers house 517 suites varying from 495sqft jr. one bedrooms to 961sqft two bedrooms. There are also some atypical suites and penthouses in the two towers that offer large terraces and larger square footage. Direct lake views command very high pricing but $400per square foot is a reasonable expectation for a partial lake or city view. Prices in this building to go as high as $500 per square foot. All suites have access to a balcony or terrace. Facilities include 24-hour concierge, terraced party room and boardroom. Membership to the health club facility is offered at half price to residents.
