World Trade Centre 10 Yonge Street & 10 Queens Quay West

Designed by Zeidler Roberts and developed by Camrost/York Hannover, the World Trade Centre consists of two towers and a total of 715 suites set at the foot of Yonge Street and Queens Quay. Completed in 1991, a myriad number of suite designs exist. Sizes range from 470sqft studios to a 3000+sqft penthouse. Prices range from $325-$400 per square foot. Facilities include and indoor pool, outdoor pool, barbecue areas, 24-hour concierge/security, fitness facility, party rooms, and squash court.
