My first attempt at a magazine was back in 1995/1996
when I featured 35 buildings in the downtown core. It was
published in a 3000 print run and virtually all of the
magazines were sold. In 2000, I launched a digital magazine
called 44 lofts that matter on my website; torontocondos.com.
It has proven to be a very popular draw on our website with
millions of consumers taking a look.
Our latest magazine featuring 250 lofts and condo buildings
in Toronto was a long-time coming. I started compiling
information in 2000 but found little time to complete it.
With the re-launch of our great new website, I insisted
that it would have to include a new condo magazine featuring
all of Toronto’s condo buildings. While we still
have a few to go, we are releasing an updated magazine
of 250 buildings for you to get acquainted and educated
with.
