At the corner of Yonge Street and Front Street in the heart of downtown Toronto international architect Daniel Libeskind who is responsible for the new $250 million addition to the Royal Ontario Museum launches his new vision for the city. The L Tower will be a 55 storey residential tower that will have a unique connection to the 45 year old Hummingbird Centre.
There will be a total of 470 suites each offering panoramic views of the downtown core and Toronto Waterfront. Suites will range in size from approximately 460 sq.ft. to over 1,700 sq.ft and start as low as $200,000 and up to over $1 million dollars.
