The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto offers upscale living with the convenience of a five star hotel at your fingertips. The $300 million project is located on the south side of Wellington Street West just west of Simcoe Street and south of Roy Thomson Hall. The striking 53-storey tower will rise above a five storey podium containing the hotel lobby and other hotel facilities. The building's contemporary design is a result of the collaboration of Toronto based Page + Steele Architects Planners and New York base Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates Architects and Planners.
Located in Toronto's vibrant Entertainment District, residents will have a wide array of amenities within walking distance including Roy Thomson Hall, Royal Alexandra Theatre, the Princess of Wales Theatre, the Air Canada Centre and the city's developing Waterfront. In addition to the surrounding amenities the Ritz-Carlton itself will house a fully equipped spa, conference level, spacious ballroom and an upscale restaurant.
The suites will include 10' high ceilings and 12' high ceilings in the penthouse suites, Euro-style kitchens and a wide range of the finest quality features and finishes. The units range from elegant one bedroom suites to the luxurious 10,000 sq.ft. penthouse suite, all having spectacular panoramic views of the downtown core and Lake Ontario.
